Data Retention and Deletion

Audio files are deleted immediately after the transcription is completed and sent.
Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for service provision and legal compliance.

Account Deletion and Reactivation

You have the right to request the deletion of your account. To initiate this process:

Log in to your account on our app
Navigate to the Account Settings section
Select the 'Delete Account' option
Confirm your decision to delete your account

Upon account deletion:

Your account will be removed from our active user authentication system.
Your account access will be terminated.
Your email address will be marked as deleted in our system.
For compliance with financial regulations and service continuity, we will retain:
- Your credit balance and transaction history
- Your name associated with past transactions in our payment processing system
This retained information is securely stored and only used for legal compliance and financial record-keeping purposes.

If you create a new account using the same email address as a previously deleted account:

A new account will be created with fresh authentication credentials.
You will regain access to any previously associated credits and transaction history.
